Okay, so there's been a small delay. I initially signed on for WordPress, but right away, I found things I didn't like. It doesn’t let me insert any JavaScript (even Blogger lets me do that). Once you have a template, it doesn’t let you customize very much. I started with the standard and then upgraded to the premium package but it's not worth the difference. You can’t even install plugins unless you get the business package.
I want to transfer domains to 1and1.com and try that, but there's a 60 day grace period before you can do that. So I'll still be blogging here for the next two months and then try attempt-at-a-website number two. The bookmark/url will be the same though, so don't worry about that. Just don't expect any updates from there.
